Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee Spring Meeting
Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee Spring Meeting
Virtual Event
Wednesday, May 12, 2021 to Thursday, May 13, 2021
TAPPI's Tissue Division's Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee will host a virtual Spring meeting through Zoom. Attendance is open to everyone, subject to registration. For more information and inquiries, please contact Ashley Westbrook (awestbrook@tappi.org) or Hannah Peterson (hpeterson@tappi.org).
Yankee Dryers are one of the most dangerous and costly areas of a tissue mill. This active group of Yankee Dryer owner/users and service providers work to expand knowledge of safe operating and maintenance practices. The committee's goal is to develop standard practices and standards for problems which cause drying system delay and compromise safety across the tissue industry. If you are not a member, we invite you to join!
