Share Your Industry Knowledge: Become a TAPPI PRESS Published Author

Establish yourself as an industry subject matter expert by becoming a TAPPI PRESS published author. If you have an idea for a publication that can help members, students and other professionals in the field improve their knowledge base and identify technical solutions for our industry, TAPPI PRESS would love to hear from you.

Begin the process by completing a publication proposal form. TAPPI Staff will then reach out to you with an author submission form and work with you throughout the entire process.

According to Rosy Covarrubias, TAPPI author and Innovation Director – Packaging at Buckman Laboratories, “Writing for TAPPI gives you the opportunity to make an impact in our industry.”

Once your proposal is accepted, getting started can be a challenge. Rosy’s recommendation: “Just get the courage to do it. Select a topic in which you are an expert and write as much as possible, then you can refine. It takes time and hard work to become a master at anything, but you will find it very rewarding.”
